If your account is suspended for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, jitbaz will contact you to explain the situation and outline the steps required to restore access. In most cases, account suspensions related to verification can be resolved within a short timeframe by providing the requested documentation.

Players may request the closure of their own jitbaz account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

If an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, jitbaz reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, jitbaz may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate with any resulting investigation.
